Roger Berg
DIRECTOR
As Executive Pastor at Church on the Queensway, Roger oversees the operations of the church with its multimillion-dollar budget and is the Executive Director of the church’s outreach ministry, Haven on the Queensway. In addition, he overseas international missions and helped establish a skills training centre a marginalized community in Jamaica. With over 20 years of experience in diverse fields, he began his career in International Finance in the banking sector in Montreal and expanded into education, having helped establish a bilingual Christian School. Moving to Toronto in 1997 he joined the Senior Management Team of Shepherd Village, a large continuum of care facility for seniors where he collaborated on project teams for building a new life-lease facility and long-term facility. In 2005, Roger joined Church on the Queensway in 2005 as Executive Associate Pastor. Roger has a degree in Health Management from Ryerson University and Certificates in Business Management and Fellowship of Canadian Bankers Institute from McGill University.
Janince Berg
DIRECTOR
Janice is a seasoned HR Consultant with a strong background in career and business coaching having worked with organizations such as RBC Financial Group and Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and studied business coaching with Adler Institute. Janice serves as was a facilitator/mentor with LeaderImpact Global. Past board experience includes Kerr Street Mission, Big Sisters of Halton and Human Resources Association of Halton.
